Smith & Wollensky is a high-end steakhouse chain founded in 1977 in New York, located in major U.S. cities such as New York, Boston, Chicago, Las Vegas, and Miami, as well as with international branches in London, Taipei, Taichung, and Seoul. Smith & Wollensky has appeared in films such as “The Devil Wears Prada” and “American Psycho”, and is also known for hosting charity lunches with investor Warren Buffett.
In October 2024, the first South Korean branch opened in Hannam-dong, Seoul, to give local customers the opportunity to enjoy authentic American-style steaks. This location boasts the largest dry maturing room in the country and offers a selection of around 700 different wines, some of which are now contained within the A&B Rosa dei Legni bottle holder, a unique and unrepeatable design piece of furniture created handcrafted with ancient reclaimed wood and other vintage materials.
Thanks to Gazzotti Korea for making the world aware of the attention and care for detail connected with the raw material, Wood, a source of inspiration for every creation of A&B Rosa dei Legni.
